Common Eligibility Criteria for TN Paramedical Admission 2020
The common eligibility criteria that need to follow for the course shown above are mentioned below:-
- The candidate should be an Indian citizen and a TamilNadu native.
- Candidates should have passed Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology subjects or Physics, Biology, Chemistry, or Mathematics with any one of the other subjects in the class 12th exam administered by the Tamil Nadu State Board or its Equivalent Board.
- Failure to perform an examination/reappearance / have compartment or back in any one subject will be considered as an attempt and they will not be eligible for the admission.
- Candidates from other States can not demand Tamil Nadu's nativity
- Candidates who are TamilNadu-born and have studied 6th to 12th standard in Tamil Nadu schools do not need to show their "Nativity Certificate."
- Those who are Tamil Nadu natives but have studied either partial or full in one or more States from the 6th standards to 12th standard outside Tamil Nadu must send a candidate's Nativity certificate
- For communal reservation, candidates who are alone native of Tamil Nadu will be considered.
- Some applicants from Tamil Nadu that have studied 6th to 12th Standard in Tamil Nadu are considered as candidates for an OC (Open Competition).
- For the admission in the BASLP applicants shall not be older than 25 years by 1st July 2020
- The candidates should have 17 years of age on or before 31st December for B.Pharm / B.P.T/ B.O.T entry.
- For B.Pharm/ B.P.T/ B.O.T admission the candidates should have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December.
- For admission in DRDT/ DDTT, a pass certificate in H.S.C. with Physics, Botany, Chemistry and Biology/ Zoology with an additional one subject. or the candidates should have cleared their higher secondary education with Physics, Botany, Chemistry and Biology/ Zoology with an additional one subject
- The service candidate should not have reached 50 years of age for admission to Diploma in Medical Record Science.
- For admission in Dental Mechanic (Male)/Dental Hygienist (Female), a pass certificate in H.S.C. with Physics, Botany Chemistry and Biology/ Zoology with any one of the other subjects.
- For admission to Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, candidates should have passed their higher secondary education with Physics, Botany, Chemistry, and Zoology/ Biology with any one of the other subjects.
Tamil Nadu Paramedical Application Process 2020
The candidates who qualify the set of eligibility criteria shown above will be eligible to apply Tamil Nadu Paramedical Application Process 2020. Here are the measures and guidelines you will need to follow to complete the application:

In order to fill up the application for the candidates must sign in to any of the following websites: www.tnhealth.org /www.tnmedicalselection.org

By uploading the information to the required fields, candidates must submit their online application form.

Candidates should submit their filled-in online application form by uploading the details in the required fields.

Under any condition, correction to any information in the online application form will not be entertained after the submission. And incomplete applications without warning will be rejected.

In order to apply candidates both limbs, vision and hearing should be normal including the candidates applying for Orthopaedically Physically disabled category

Candidates are requested to fill one application form and if any candidates submit more than one application, his/ her candidature will be cancelled.

At the time of filling up, the application form candidates should ensure that all details entered in the online application is right while the application form is not submitted.

Candidates should submit a printout of the completed online application form along with the necessary documents in A4 size envelope along with the necessary enclosures.

Candidates must ensure that the selection committee has obtained all information and documents such as Class 10th and 12th certificate along with its mark sheet, Transfer Certificate, Certificate proof from class 6th to 12th standard within the specified date and time.

Application submitted after the last date by Speed Post / Courier or any other means will not be approved, regardless of the booking date.

By entering their application number, candidates can track their applications on the official websites.

No time delay in getting the application form or a malfunction in transit etc. shall be held accountable by the Selection Committee.

A proposal to extend the time for the submission of the documents will not be entertained after the specified date and time.

Candidates seeking admission under the Special Category for Paramedical Degree Courses such as Children of Ex-Servicemen & Orthopaedic Physically Disabled shall submit the application form in the specified format along with the additional fee of Rs.100/- for each special category by any means such as Demand Draft or through the Bank Portal.

If the appropriate certificates are not enclosed in the envelope then the candidates will not be considered for Special Category but they will remain eligible for General Category.

No supporting documents/applications will be entertained after the due date.

Candidates AR number should be mentioned on the top of the envelope.

AR Number will be assigned by the Selection Committee after the submission of the application form

The list of documents which are needed to be enclosed in the envelope are listed below:-

Tamil Nadu Paramedical Selection Process 2020
The candidates will be selected on the basis of merit. On the basis of the entrance test result, the Board must draw up a list of eligible students for admission to the Paramedical program. At the time of selection, there are a number of seats reserved for certain categories. The reservation of seats will be in accordance as per the reservation of the Government of Tamil Nadu are as follows:-

At the time of selection, 30% of the reservation will be for BC category, under the BC category BC Muslims will be given 3.5% reservation and 16% of seats out of 18% quota earmarked to SC shall be allotted to the Arunthathiyar community.
